Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 7, 2026
The Decimvs.io browser extension ("the extension", "we") is a companion tool for the game Gladiatus. This policy describes what data the extension collects, how it is used, and with whom it is shared. By installing and configuring the extension you agree to the practices described here.
1. Data we collect
The extension runs mostly locally in your browser. Some features, when enabled by you, transmit data to external services:
- Game state (account sync). When you use the multi-account / command center features, character data — such as account identifier, gold, and cross-account commands — is written to our database (Supabase) to sync across your own accounts.
- Telegram notifications. If you configure Telegram, the extension sends messages and screenshots to the Telegram API using the bot token and chat ID that you provide. Those credentials are stored locally in your browser.
- License key. To validate access to features, the extension sends your license key/token to our licensing server.
- Usage data (analytics). We collect aggregated, non-sensitive usage metrics (e.g. which features are triggered and runtime errors) to improve the extension's stability.
The extension does not collect your Gladiatus password, in-game payment details, or browsing content outside the Gladiatus domains and the services listed above.
2. How we use data
- Operate the features you enable (sync, notifications, automations).
- Validate your license and unlock the corresponding features.
- Diagnose errors and improve stability and experience.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Third-party sharing
Data may be processed by the following providers, strictly to operate the features above:
- Supabase — storage of account-sync state.
- Telegram — delivery of the notifications you configured.
- Stripe — payment processing (on the website only, when you buy a license).
4. Storage and retention
Preferences and credentials you configure (such as the Telegram token) are stored locally in your browser via the extension storage API. Sync data is kept in Supabase while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time (section 6).
5. Security and code
The extension follows the Manifest V3 model and does not execute remotely hosted code: all code ships inside the published package. Requested permissions are limited to the domains needed for the features described.
6. Your rights
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your data, and disable any sync or notification feature at any time in the extension settings. To exercise these rights, contact us: contato@decimvs.com.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
